Panther Valley High School
“Working together as a community to inspire each individual
to achieve success through life-long learning.”

June 1, 2011

Dear Parents,

As the 2010-2011 comes to an end we are preparing for many end-of year activities. . Seniors and underclassmen have started taking their final exams and we are already getting ready for commencement exercises.

We are planning to hold the 2010-2011 graduation ceremony at the Panther Valley High School stadium in Lansford if we have agreeable weather. If weather conditions are unfavorable, or if there is a high likelihood of excessive heat or rain, we will hold the ceremony in the Panther Valley High School Auditorium. The event will begin at 7:00 PM on Thursday June 9, 2011 and ddors will be opened at 6:00 PM. Graduation is a special, dignified event at Panther Valley. In order to preserve the integrity of the ceremony we will only allow family members with tickets to attend graduation exercises.

We are very proud of the Class of 2011. Their high standards and work ethic have enabled them to leave a legacy of excellence that must now be upheld or surpassed at Panther Valley High School. It is with great affection and respect that we see them off to continue on their life journeys. Congratulations Class of 2011!

Cordially,
Mr. Joseph A. Gunnels
PVHS Building Principal
